Massa, Kimi, Alonso. the race is between these 3, and most probably in that order. unless Kimi breaks the car!
I always support Ferrari
1. Massa
2. Kimi
3. Alonso
Although it'll be fun to see what happens when Alonso doesn't have the fastest car on the grid. IMHO this would be his real test of driving skills.

Hahaha you too part of the Tifosi gang eh!
1) Massa
2) Kimi
3) Alonso but would prefer to see someone else here :)
Ferrari it is...
Scooby remember the good ol days at Sidewok? Werent those times a blast ?
i have a feeling this year's predictions are going to be off by a fair bit..
even the car manufacturers themselves dont know whats going to happen !
the pecking order ( by a wee bit )..
ferrari
mclaren
renault & bmw
toyota arent doing well at all.. they have been slow in testing
really thought they could challenge for wins.. but no
so for melbourne..
kimi
alonso
massa
fisi
kubica
this years suprise team are going to be BMW..
awesome job over the winter
1. Kimi
2. Alonso
3. Massa
i have converted from a McLaren fan to a Ferrari fan. Couldn't go against Kimi you see :)
This year is going to be close but boring. With the new rules and regs, it looks as though races are going to be won or lost depending on pit strategy. If 2007 is going to be like this, I'll be watching only MotoGP next year. Mosley & Co. are slowly ruining F1 by freezing engine rpms and using a single tyre supplier. The only area left is aerodynamics and that too will frozen in a few years. My podium picks for Oz :
1. Alonso
2. Massa
3. Heidfeld
1. Kimi
2. Alonso
3. Massa / Kubica / Webber

Alonso and Kimi would be tested in their new roles. The question is..who will adjust better/which car will prove quicker? here is the scenario so far in testing:
1. Alonso's Mclaren is only behind Ferrari for pace/reliability.
2. Kimi has not fully adjusted to the Ferrari and Bridgestone. Yet..
3. Massa has been topping the timing sheets in testing. But..
Racing is a different cup of tea altogether, but it is interesting to note that BMW and Renault look quick too. So plenty of surprises in store.
My money is on:
1. Ferrari - pick your driver
2. Alonso
3. BMW (if the damn engine doesnt blow)
My prediction
- Alphonso
- Kimster
- Massa
Kubica has a very high chance of finishing in the top 5.
I think Takuma Sato has a very good chance of winning the championship this season. With the new chassis from last year's Honda and a new engine from last year's Honda, I think they have the right package.
Plus Sato's years of experience. His teammate might give him a hard time though. Although they have been slower in the practices so far, they are preserving their pace for the raceday.
Watch out Ferrari/McLaren/Renault. Kimi finally has a worthy competitor.
Won't be surprised if they manage the pole position as well.
Anyone know when the qualification is?? The time?
