FIA approves diffusers

WEll now that the board has held diffusers to be legal, formula1 is set for new champions.

It will take another 3-4 weeks for the other teams to test and catchup with the 3 teams (brawn, toyota and williams).

It seems the double decker diffuser brings about 3 tenths of a sec advantage.
