Flavio is back ! And so is Pat Symmonds . Whats more the FIA have to pay them compensation .
They could be useful to some of the new teams .

So Flavio gets one back at Mosley. Too bad he isn't around at FIA any more.

F1 is an entertainment sport and it needs characters like Flavio Briatore. Wonder if Renault would have the pair back? After all they delivered 2 world championships.

Its interesting to note that he is not back because his guilt in the crashgate saga has been disproven. Rather, its a case of being back due to a technicality. The FIA overstepped their boundary in the matter. It could well go through another legal procedure (civil courts I guess) and his ban may be back.
