Narain finish 13th in NASCAR World Truck Series debut

congrats to narain

Narain Karthikeyan made history at Martinsville as he became the first driver born in India to make a NASCAR national series start. Karthikeyan was on the lead lap until Lap 200, when contact with Clay Greenfield sent the No. 60 around and Karthikeyan was unable to get it re-fired, dropping him a lap. Karthikeyan was the benefactor of the free pass, returned to the lead lap and finished 13th.

Its good to have a job! He is someone who promised a lot of potential but always ended up sitting on the fence. It will do him good if he finds a permanent place in some form of his sport and leaves his mark.

He was given a raw deal during his stint in F1.

That was the max he could do with a team like that

Anyways, he's back to racing, F1 or truck, he's on the tarmac, thats what counts for him.

@PAVAN KADAM.
Narain is clearly average. He could have managed a better show in the boycotted US grandprix( US GP 2005 I think). But he actually didn't. To show one's talent in any form of racing is consistently beat one's teammate other wise he will not be counted as talented. But anyways congrats to him. He atleast achieved this much(Not underestimating his achievements)
