Why Ferrari will never lose the WDC..

If Ferrari do lose.. it will be a fluke.. and will at best happen only once..
( as in 2003.. when it got close )
what i mean to say is that they will never lose 2 yrs in a row for sure..

Ferrari pre 1996 were in bad shape..
then they decide to commit to F1.. for the long term..
so they spend a lot of money and set a strong foundation..
4 seasons follow with no WDC..

so they invest more resources in 99..
enough to win the WDC in 2000..
from then on they constantly invest more money than their rivals..

after the so called white wash in 2002..
their rivals get much to close in 2003..

so more resources are invested..
so here we have 2004.. which is a complete ### kicking for the other teams..

what i'm getting at is this..
Ferrari will ALWAYS spend a fair bit more than their rivals..
ensuring they finish 1st.. they willl stop at nothing..
the other teams cant afford to spend $500 million..
because that is what it will take to win
( they spent $440m in 03.. and it has to increase for this yr )

this is why teams have begun focussing on cost cutting so much more this yr than compared to previous yrs..

Their investment size was obviously important...but it wasnt the only factor. The really important component is the people factor. Brawn, Ross, Byrne, Montezemolo....and Schumacher!!

dont get how thats relevant here..

ferrari have always had the money..
its in 1996 when they decided they to get serious about their comittment to F1..

and they paid schumi $17 million..
the others didnt come cheap either !
( the great paolo martinelli included )
