Hello Team-bhp

I've been a member of this very helpful and informative forum for almost two years now and never had to post anything till date (mainly because i found out the answers for my queries by searching thoroughly).

I'm Abhinav. Currently living in Hyderabad for the past 5 years but originally from Stafford, UK. Am studying medicine here.

Previously owned a Honda Accord 2.0 and Hero Honda Karizma.
Currently own a Getz gls 1.3, BMW 740d and Ninja 250r.
Would like to own a BMW S1000rr in the future.

Fellow members of hyderabad, please to let me know who you are so that i'd be great to get to know you guys and girls!

thanks for the welcome! The honda as well as the beemer are in uk. sadly i'd have loved to have brought the honda here but my dad won't let it go!

thanks for the garage compliment (another beemer might join them [650i] shortly). Ninja sure is fun to ride, i've recently done a hyderabad-bangalore-mysore-hyderabad ride with another ninja rider! it's a lovely bike.

my ninja is only 10 months old with just 6500kms on the odo but i've been through at the least 3 sleepless nights when the 650r came out! i considered exchanging mine for the 650r but after weighing out the pros and cons, decided against it! primarily due to the pbk servicing at hyderabad (which is very below average) and the parts availability (in case of an accident or any other reason) is low!

p.s. don't go by the reviews because the R in 650R isn't justified according to the experts but seriously 72bhp with low-mid peak torque is brilliant! but you won't get the same handling (sporty, flick-ability and extreme lean angles for cornering) high revving, adrenaline rush when riding a 650r! if it's out an out tourer which you are looking for then THIS IS THE BIKE (specially at its VFM price)
