I am in, finally, An introduction by Rajiv R.

Hello BHPians!!! Finally I am in. Feels great. Let me give a brief introduction about myself.
Name: - Rajiv R, 32
Location: - Chennai (Tambaram)
Four wheeler owned: - Etios Liva GD (UM Blue)
Two wheeler owned: - TVS Wego
Driver status: - Newbie (Last drove about 10 years back)
Rider status: - Not bad.
Hobbies: - Reading novels, travelling, and now of course driving.

Got delivery of my stead on 3rd of this month. Since I am a newbie driver I am still finding my bearings as far as the ABCs ( accelerator, brake, clutch) and gear shifts are concerned. But as they say practice makes perfect. So all I can do is drive, drive, and drive more.

After being a non-member for over two years it feels nice that I can now make contributions to the forum. My first aim now is to improve my driving skills and I have found many tips from this forum which has helped me.

Hope to make the most of this opportunity.

Happy driving!!!

Welcome aboard Rajivr1612,

When you copy-paste from MS Word do remember to remove formatting. See this thread for more details : http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/announ...your-post.html

There's a ton of informative threads here that will help you understand the workings of a car, which will in turn improve your driving. I trust you've seen these two:

2) http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/techni...-right-14.html

Welcome aboard TBHP, rajiv. Please make it a point to go through the rules so that you enjoy a pleasant stay on this forum.

I am a product of MCC so knew Tambaram well. Of course it's been a while since I was there last, but great place then.

Enjoy the whole learning to drive experience. Practice does make perfect, but make sure you are practicing the correct things.
