| Hellobulloo Hi, I'm a 32 year-old closet petrol-head. There! I said it... I'm Avinash and I hail from Mumbai. While I've registered on the forum for over 5 years now, it's the first time I'm posting an introductory thread...cos I just bought my first car! Yup, us bankers can be a bit boring and clinical.  The previous cars have been company-owned so they don't really count and it's weird talking about a car that you have no connect with. I mean, I love a Skoda but if it isn't mine...well, ki pharak! Well, I'm currently bonded to a beautiful black 1.6 VTVT SX Verna...will post pictures soon. And if you see me participating in almost every thread, do understand the excitement... FYI, I'm also a bit of a photographer so if you ever need your vehicle clicked I'd be glad to do it... Did I mention that I'm REALLY EXCITED TO BE POSTING LEGITIMATELY?!! :-D |

| Re: Hellobulloo Thanks createrkid! :-) This is going to sound very strange but I'm considering driving down to Pune to click the car.  The simple reason is that there's barely any space to do anything in Mumbai and I'd probably end up clicking 50 other cars in the background. Also, I'm pretty sure the cops would wonder why a civilian's setting up hot lights in the middle of the road! I've gotten delivery on the 15th of December so it's way too early to say anything yet but I will say that my driver LOVES it. Keeps comparing it to butter...I had to tell him to calm down. Currently, I'm on the lookout for seat covers. I'm a bit undecided between the G-Sport range which sounds good and something local my driver is recommending... The FE is near 8 though since I never run the car without the ac on. Ah well! Quote:
