Won the Admin's confidence...finally!

A BIG hello to all fellow team BHPites! After two attempts, I managed to convince the Admin of my worth to be a part of this great team!

This is Mukund. I am 35, married, with 2 charming daughters and work as an IT Director in Chennai. Even though I belong to Chennai, I've not lived in India for long. I returned to India for good only a couple of years back and was working in Bangalore untl last year. Finally, I managed to get a job at my home, Chennai and have been living here since beginning of this year. Now that I am settling down to a routine, I thought I can start contributing here in this forum and hence decided to become a member.

I've always been a great fan of Team BHP and it feels great to be a part of it now.

I own a Hyundai Accent Executive (2012 model) and love driving. I am a car accessories freak and have modified my car interiors to suit my taste. I go on long drives pretty often and will be posting my first travelogue shortly. It will be about our first family vacation planned for May 2015, a first in 15 years...

I hope to get all your support in the journey ahead as a BHPite.

So what is the destination of your first family vacation? I'm sure the tons of detailed travelogues on the forum would have helped you plan your vacation.

Also, am curious to know what kind of interior modifications have you done in your Accent?

The destination is Nilgiris by road, and yes, I did a lot of research on Team BHP to plan for the trip.

I will post a detailed note on the modifications done in my car. Please standby until then

The Accent has a lovely yet simple design. I am a big fan of it. When I saw that you had modified the interior, I got even more excited. I am dying to what you've done. I guess the suspense will hang till you post some pics.

2. NeoSport 14" Alloy Discs (The car by default comes with 13" Discs)
3. Michelin Tyres 185/65 R14
4. Fancy Silencer End (Purely fancy)

3. JBL Amplifier and Sub-Woofer (Boot mat changed for better acoustics)
4. Leather Finish Seat Covers - Double Stitch
5. Front Seat Head Rests with Monitors
6. Entire Car Flooring covered with Vinyl matting
7. A/C Inverter and concealed wiring until the phone holder
