Hello Team BHP,

I got to know about this site from my cousin. Just read some messages and threads and found it interesting.

I am from Mumbai and currently have a Maruti 1000 (about 11 yrs old). My vehicle gives me around 11-12 kpl, considering I do an average of 320 kms per week, mostly city driving.

One of the reason of joining this group is to help me find out the pros and cons of two shortlisted Diesel vehicles:
Ford Fiesta ZXi - Diesel
Hyundai Verna - Diesel
I have test driven both the vehicles and the ONT prices for both vehicles in Mumbai is Rs. 8.5L. Both the vehicles were good. But the Verna has tremendous power.

Would anybody from the team have an experience with Verna - Diesel (though I know it is very new in the indian market) and Fiesta Diesel and what should i expect it's milage in city?

Regards,
Mumbaikar ...

GF: Yea, I know that smileys are restricted to two per post, but then if that can be done without, all the better, right?

Hey Mumbaikar, welcome to Tbhp.
I think you should check out the latest edition of Auto Car which has a neck to neck comparison of the latest cars in the market, this should definately help you.
