Happy new year, BHPians!

Hello BHPians,

At the onset, a very happy new year to you all.

I have been a regular follower of this community for close to a decade now. I am from the beautiful city of Bengaluru. And before you ask, I am not a Software engineer; I am a Chartered Accountant by profession having a consulting firm for the past few years.

I currently own a 2013 Ford Figo, a 2017 Yamaha FZ, and a 2012 B'twin Rockrider 5.0 (I know, bicycles are hardly mentioned these days). We recently sold our family car, a 2009 Hyundai Santro in view of upgrading to a bigger SUV until the Covid19 pandemic played spoilsport. We deferred our plan to the end of this year, hopefully.

Aside from cars and traveling, I have a passion for sports. I play tennis, football, and cricket regularly.

Let us all hope for a better 2021; hopefully, it can't get any worse than 2020!

Nice to see that you too are a cyclist. We have an active community of cyclists on the forum as well.

Nice set of wheels there. The Figo is one of my all-time favourite hatchbacks in India and the FZ was one bike which I came closest to owning. Do share your ownership experiences of the same.

Yup, 2021 is bound to be better than 2020. Wishing you all the best for the future and looking forward to seeing you on the forum.

Welcome to the forum!

I had the Rockrider too, sold it off since it was lying and gathering rust and dust. Though the spark to start cycling again has lit up (firefox has opened up nearby) but controlling my urge to get a cycle as I'm not sure if it genuinely needs or just another passing thought.
