Can't be a better start to 2021, newbie here

Hello BHPians,

I couldn't ask for a better start of 2021 than getting my membership approved. Hope this happiness stays throughout the year.

My name is Upendra and like every Tom, Dick and Harry, I'm a Software Engineer by education but Business Consultant by profession.

I am basically from a small town in Uttar Pradesh but currently resides in Netherlands since Feb'20.

It hurts to land in this wonderful country just a few weeks before lockdown starts (thanks to COVID-19).

I currently own a pre-worshipped BMW 318i here in Netherlands.

Ford Ecosport Titanium TDCi has been a daily drive back in India which is now in my father's possession.

My family owns couple of cars which I occasionally drive back in hometown (in no particular order) -

1. Maruti Suzuki WagonR 2011
2. Mahindra Scorpio sle 2009
3. Ford Figo Titanium TDCi 2014

Happy New Year guys and I hope we overcome the current circumstances and lead to a better society for human kind.

We have a few members here from Netherlands and we get some insights into the car culture there from there. Do share your experiences and share pictures (and ownership reviews) of all your cars including the 318i.

Iam Harsh Srivastava and belong to Lucknow, UP and working in Gurgaon.
Glad to have been granted a membership to this fantabulous forum.
I am a Business Analyst / Consultant by profession and currently enjoying the Work From Home mandate!

My family currently owns
1) 2012 Fortuner 3.0L 4x4 MT
2) 2016 RE Thunderbird 500
3) 2017 S-cross 1.6L MT
I also owned a 2018 Innova Crysta which got totalled in early 2020
And have booked the 2021 Fortuner (awaiting the launch tomorrow)

Apart from cars, I am into sports and a big fan of Tennis (I do try to play it 3-4 times a week as well)

I wish everyone a very Happy New Year and hope it turns out to be the best so far for all mankind
