Hai Folks,
I am Vijay from Bangalore and am basically here to know more about cars and their performance related stuff apart from decking them upto as well. I like to go on long drives and am constantly on the look out to enhance my car looks and performance depending on the budget avaibale

. I am happy to be here and would like to know more about sports muffflers and their relative performance levels as i am planning to install it in my alto vxi 1.1. Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

Welcome Vijay . The alto vx 1.1 was an amazing car and I really love it.I have 3 of those in my family. Sad it was discontinued .

Thanks and yea its an amazing one in alto lot @least...i am looking out for sports mufflers and do u have any suggestions or pointers.
1.Their effect on performance
2. Apart from the sound is it desirable for the car itself
3. Does it effect the engine life

I am naive in this field so please do suggest me if you nice tips.

hmm Vijay , I dont really think just a muffler will make a noticable difference in performance (if any),just sound . Would suggest you to search the forum for more info on the mods as there is tons of info and really knowledgeable members who can help you with this .
This being an introductory thread ,would suggest you start another thread (or continue an existing one if u find one) in the mods and accessories section .
