Hello Everyone!!

My Membership request got approved not so long back. Thought of introducing myself to everyone over here.

I am a 19-year-old guy who loves cars, especially German cars. I drive calmly and relax on the highway waiting for the turns on the ghat to enjoy the twisties.

Being a person who likes German cars I drive a BMW X1 20i. I always wanted my car to stand out in the crowd so I decided to go for the Sunset orange as the color of my car thus giving her the name 'Santra'

My love for cars started with a 2010 Honda City. Hearing the engine rev all the way to 7K RPM gave me butterflies in my stomach, other than the fact that the car used to scrape on every single speed bump.

Further, we felt the need for a car with more ground clearance thus upgrading to a 2013 Creta it was the most fuel-efficient car in my garage thus having multiple road trips in it. It had a major issue with its braking as it needed to be pumped under heavy braking (Releasing and reapplying brakes at speeds above 80km/hr).

Finally upgrading to my Santra the sound of this 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine is a true symphony. X1 elevated my love for german cars. Coming from double-digit mileage to a single-digit is a bit painful but the driving pleasure makes up for it.

I am looking forward to having a 2022 Manual VW polo Highline Tsi as a secondary car in my garage as a project car.

I was introduced to Team BHP by my friends in the Charitable drive at Shirole. After meeting everyone and feeling a positive energy I felt the urge to join Team BHP thus contributing some of my experiences to this community.

Welcome to Team-BHP, its great to have you onboard.

That's a great lineup of cars, you've had over the years from the City to the latest X1. The VW Polo is, according to me, the best secondary car and will complement your X1 well.

Do share your VW Polo experience, from purchase and all the plans you have for it as a project car.

Also, great to see you were part of the recent charitable drive to Shirole.
