Cheers to Team-BHP

Hi All

First of all let me say this is a great place to be. I can't believe how much I've learnt in the last 3-4 days going through the archives. Thank you for that!

Since this is an introduction thread a little bit about myself. I'm from Delhi. I love driving and I came to know that on the day that I turned 18 and I drove my dad's maruti 800 for the first time. I'm not a speed fanatic but I like to cruise; sometimes just parking a car perfectly in a tight corner can give me the greatest kick if you know what I mean...

I am looking for a new car to love. And as someone kindly suggested somewhere to not mention a certain company in the first thread so I will refrain

I don't just love cars, I also love bicycles and off road biking. Other interests include music - I can fiddle with a few instruments and I'm a computer geek at heart so that's what I do for a living - write code.

And moderators, I've read the rules. I will try my best to abide by them.

Looking forward to some automotive-education-entertainment-fun
Cheers!

Welcome Zuch. An 800 is the best car for fresh drivers, use it for atleast another 6 - 12 months before moving on to more powerful machines. Believe you me, it will make you a better driver.

Drive safe!

I think I should've mentioned that the maruti 800 was 7 years ago. I have been driving ever since. I currently drive an Accent and am looking for a car to replace it.

Thanks for the welcome and by the way my real name is Manu
