My intro

Hello fellow bhpians,

This is Arun from Cochin,Kerala. Being an automobile enthusiast and a hardcore fan of JEEPs I'm so much in love with this community portal. All the credit goes to GTO, his write ups, reviews and his attitude towards jeeps made me a jeep fanatic(honestly),of course other jeepers too. Its my dream to own a MM 540 and completely restore it a newer level. (Please excuse my buddy and a fellow bhpian "Muneem". Whenever I say jeep or MM 540, he says Im mad and dont even think about owning one). Anyway I'll fullfill my dream with an year. BTW its a real honor to be a part of Team bhp and its culture. I own a humble Hyundai Santro & a Yamaha RX 135 "5 speed". Here are some snaps. My first uploads. Cheerio folkscheers:

Welcome to T-BHP.

Nice number you car has got.

Would highly recommend that you head down to the rules section. SMS slang is not allowed! So better change your style of writing.

Arungee, welcome on board. Hope to see you here frequently. Your humble rides are the staple for many of us here. Though, I wonder why the pic of your car looks like a charcoal drawing!

Also, as HappyWheels mentioned, do take some time to read the Announcements section. There are a lot many handy rules that we have put in there. Following these will help you form better structured posts and keep you on the right side of the rules and guidelines. For now, all your 'Ma's have been edited to My.

Thank you so much Zappo. Its nice to hear from your side. By the way sorry for my "sms" slang in my posts.Actually I'm new to this kind of comminuty write ups; that's why. I will try to follow your valuable instructions and posting etiquette in my future posts.
Well my car picture was took on my mobile and edited in "Picasa" on a rainy day;(Reason for charcoal drawing)

Cheerscheers:

Hey Arun, amazing pic of the Santro. The angle & the effects make it look very desirable. Pass it on to Hyundai & they mite even reward you for it (nt kidding or being sarcastic here).

BTW, Welcome aboard []

Welcome aboard dude, my comments about you getting a Jeep were just because of it's practicality levels, since you are a Teambhpian now, I have nothing else to say the Autobug has bit you I guess. There's no cure for it except achieving nirvana through Teambhp.

Thats right dude, the infection is spreading and its in my nerves.Actually I'm enjoying every bit of it. BTW as I told yesterday I tried it in my santro..but there's a problem;the instrument console does not have any screws outside and I was wondering how can I remove the outer covering. Then I called up the service personnel of MGF Hyundai..That guy responded quite positively;advised me to just pull a black outer covering which will reveal the screws. He suggested to remove the battery terminals before doing all this.
Santro is not here right now. Will be back in evening. I'll give a try on it tonight..

Thanks null, actually it was shot in my 2 year old mobile cam, with an actual life timer of "1432" hrs with some added effects by Picasa.

Cheerscheers:
