Suzuki Lover here..

Hi,

I am a s/w engineer based in bangalore.
I have been a guest to this site for quite a few months, and enjoyed those
fiat discussions.
Joined the forum a few days back.
I bought a wagonR a couple days before swift was launched...
needed to buy a car in a hurry...
and i have been riding my dear old suzuki fiero for the past 4 years.
My dream bike is the suzuki hayabusa 1999 model.

By the way this is the best auto forum in india for indians.

a query ..in 99 was the bike launched as GSX1300 -R or was the model named Hayabusa then aswell ?

Guys,

Thanks you all for the wishes...

Montoya, this is a biker here....suzuki fiero is my first love...
according to me a horse is the most graceful and beautifull animal..
the nearest i can get to riding one is on a bike....

And GSX-1300 was tweaked and released as hayabusa in 1999.
This version was and still is the fastest production bike....maybe the dodge monster can refute that....
the bikes after 1999 has a governer which limits the speed to 290 kmph.

So will own one of those someday...

Hey suzuki fan....nice to know that u love the wonderful suzuki machines....I'm also a great fan of suzuki and own a suzuki zen and a suzuki fiero....mine is a fully blown fiero wid a 200cc heart and its in its own class.....
my name shows my craze!
