Auto's are my bread and butter

hi guys,

This is Pras. After lurking on the forums for more than 2 years, finally decided to take the plunge and register. Discovered team BHP when searching for reviews of cars in India and have been hooked ever since.

I'm an "IT Professional" (a much maligned and abused word now-da-days!!) with expertise in the automotive domain. My day to day work involves design and implementation of systems (both business and plant floor) for automobile manufacturers so in a way am connected to cars all day long !!

My work has taken me to many countries and in the past 10 years have lived more outside India than in India. Have owned or leased a multtude of cars like Ford taurus, Chrysler Town and Country minvan, Mazda 3 and 6, European Ford Fiesta (2 door Soprts model - my fav car so far !!) in other countries and used to own a Santro Zing earlier in India.

Have been crazy about cars ever since I remember though had sat only in Amby's until M-800 was launched.

Attention-grabbing thread title. Except for the Santro, you seem to have a thing for American cars, or brands owned by American companies. Good on you to be working with the automotive industry on a daily basis.

Welcome aboard. Do take a quick pitstop by our board rules section, though I'm dead sure the two years of browsing taught you a thing or two about our rules already

Thank you for the welcome GTO. Did go through the rules section before registering. Hope I will be able to live up to TBHP standards!
