Hi, a not so brief introduction

Hi Guys,

I am Shreyas, 29 years old and a Chartered Accountant by education. I am currently employed as the CFO of India Operations for a British based 7 Billion USD MNC

I have always been interested in Cars and Bikes and currently own a Karizma (which I hardly use), an Indica DLG 2006 (Which is fully loaded by me) and a Wagon R 2000 (mainly for my Dad)

Have just built a new home which is why new car has been on hold and am hoping to get one soon, I cannot find an SUV (first love) that suits me and therefore considering Corolla Altis / New Civic / Cruze. I drive about 60kms a days and would therefore prefer a diesel one with the Indian Govt hell bent on extending the subsidy

I am married for four years now to another CA and am blessed with twin boys 7 months old

I love the motto ONE LIFE - DO MORE (this is the motto of Runners for Life).

I run marathons (as often as I can). I teach Accountancy at Mount Carmels and the CA Institute to CA Students. I keep planted aquariums. I travel around the world reasonably frequently and collect artefacts and currency, have driven in lots of countries and am of the opinion that.. you know to drive in India, you can drive anywhere. I play 4th division Cricket for JBNCC, I have played Badminton at reasonable professional levels and continue to do so occasionally. I sing and dance (used to do shows before)......

Sometimes when busy, I might vanish from the forum, but will keep coming back

. I have good contacts in the automotive business, thanks to my Brother In Law, who works for Du Pont Automative Paints as Regional Sales Manager for Karnataka, lets use these contacts when we can

Hope can contribute to the forum as well, as I have already soaked in a lot of stuff, I had no idea about.

Thanks guys, the rules part is already over long back, so dont worry, I will try my best to stick by them

I forgot to mention that I also love Photography, lost a Canon EOS 1000 and now am with a Panasonic Lumix Bridge Camera FZ7 :(

@HotChillyPepper (sorry, dont know how to 'better address') you are right...
I dont do Alcohol, I dont do nonveg and I dont do religion and many more things also

you see both ways I am stuck, many do's and many dont do's as well
