Intro

Hi BHP-ians
I came across this forum while surfing the net. I got zapped to find a site to cater to indian petrol(diesel) heads. Did not take me long to join you all.
I grew up in cal dreaming living cars. The hotest thing at that time was a twin carb set up ( su's or solex's) Any body with a twin barrel webber was king. Happy BHPing

awful economy 12.5 k/l on the highway
some sort of bug in the ECM where, while acclerating the car suffers momentarily loss (es) of power. Not jerks but enough for the persons in the car to feel it. If a graph is drawn, it would be look like the run rate graph where the minor dips in the run rate is shown. I did about 750 kms yesterday ( 375 one way ) and was still feeling comfy. The car is Fab where the comfort, Interiors, space and driving comfort is concerned ( leaving aside the above problem ). It was and is a good choice but for the above.
I have a meeting at HMP tomorrow. Already been there thrice for this. Lets see what happen.
