The wait is finally over!

My fellow BHPians,

Just feels so good to say that! A big thanks to the Admin folks for the membership approval. It took so long that it made me doubt if I was going to be accepted. And wierdly, the verification mail ended up in my spam box. So missed it for a few days.

Back to the intro, me names Sagar. 24yrs, Pune.
Passionate about all things automotive. Even as I type this, watching Top Gear. Love driving and I am also a bit of a grease monkey.

Cars I currently use include a Skoda Octavia 1.9TDI, Toyota Innova D4-D, and a Hyundai Accent GLS 1.6. Also have a HH Karizma as my runabout.

Came to know of TBHP by accident. Im buying a new car this year so was on the lookout for a few reviews. I usually rely on ato mags but then after stumbling upon tsk1979's review on the Chevy Cruze, I was sold. Total eye-opener. Epic reviews. And the forums are an astounding source of knowledge.

Well in a jiffy, I am HOOKED!

Regards,
BuBoo.

Welcome BuBooMan!

You have got a nice collection of cars there. Is the Skoda high on the maintenance part though? Reading your post, I guess you are now eying the Cruze! Just check through the Announcements thread and then enjoy all the potful of information at TBHP

Welcome to the forum, BuBooMan(special reasons for the username?). You have got a decent garage for yourself at 24. Make sure you go through various threads regarding forum posting and stuff.
PS-Certainly, gaining membership approval is not an easy task nowadays.

Well to be honest, the Innova and the Accent belong to Daddy dearest. But the Octy is all mine.
@ Prateekm - well the Octy is 2 yrs old now and had done about 58k kms. Looking for an upgrade but undecided as of now. Might sell it. Want to get it Peted. Maintainence cost works out to about a rupee a km. Steep. Especially considering Skoda's A.S.S. I have also heard that the Civic costs about half of that to keep it in shape, and also that it eats tyres rather quickly. Guess I have no reason to complain then.
@ Utopian - Well the Moderators keep you guessing for so long its unnerving. As for the username, what can I say. Its my nick.
