Hi GUys,
I am Pradeep,employed as Sales Manger with a Health Care MNC.Love SUV'S.Upgraded from Bolero to Scorpio crde.All ALONG I HV BEEN READING THE DISCUSSIONS IN UR SITE BY ALL THE BHP'IANS.I LOVE THE SITE.

I hv a doubt what diesel is suitable for BS111 engines?Turbojet,extramile.......Is there any banded bs111 fuel

For the CRDe you can try any type of diesel though a branded fuel will cetainly help like the HP turbojet.

I've always been using Extra Mile in my Octavia. I never used normal diesel in the car so i dunno the difference in performance, but then i'm sure it'll be better with this diet.

Welcome to TBHP, Scorpion...I've used both premium and regular fuel (BTW, both are Branded - dunno why people insist on calling premium fuel "branded") and I dont find any difference.

Same S**T, different name.

I've used most fuels on my crdi, and i have found superdiesel (extramile) from indian oil the best. Turbojet is not bad either...but i seem to get more mileage from superdiesel.

i have a scorpio crde also, driven 9000kms in 1.5 months,both fuels give equal mileage, drive with a light foot on the highway it will stretch the econonmy to 14.5kmpl, in city like chandigarh its giving me 11.45kmpl, but this is after the first 5000km service, before this it was 10.5 in city and about 12.6 on highway, with a/c on 90% of the time.

[SIZE=2]I've got BSIII - Palio-D with me. I tried TurboJet and Xtra-Mile both of them but what I felt is TurboJet gave me good milage; however, I'm not sure,, the amount of fuel was diff both the times and there was a vast diff in the driving condition as well.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]But, I'm still looking for the opinion on which Diesel is good for the car, XtraMile or TurboJet!!![/SIZE]

Mate Try Shell Diesel, I have been using for the last 6 Months or so and i have found it to be better than any other Throtle Response is way better as well as the NVH.
