A cat lover from Pune

Hello Friends,

My name is Ketan and I am a software engineer by profession. I am 27, single and from Pune. Now it goes without saying that I simply love cars and driving. I also like to go on long drives on my motorcycle. I currently own a Suzuki GS150R motorcycle and a 2003 model Honda city.

I came across team bhp while searching for advice on buying a new car (More on that in a new thread on the car which I have recently booked.)I am working in a software development company in Pune. Apart from cars my other interests are railfanning and Indian Railways is my passion.Wildlife photography is something that is dear to my heart so I do go on atleast two trips a year to any wildlife sanctuary in India.

Another thing is that I have 11 cats at my home, a feat which is yet unrivalled by many animal lovers !!

I am happy to have been accepted into the team-bhp world and we will surely interact more with each other in the coming weeks.

I'm pretty close though - at one point of time, we had 9 cats at home.

There is a thread on pets at Team-BHP. Don't forget to post a "group photo" of your cats, preferably all of them sitting inside your car.

. I love cats too. Don't have mine at the moment, but the neighbours cat comes in every now and then and I treat it with Whiskas !

WAG7 is a type of electric loco used in the Indian railways. W = broadguage, A = alternating current G = used for goods trains and 7 is the model number. And Pune doesn't cease to amaze me as well. It's a nice place, still has the old world charm but is now going the Mumbai way

The handle is a crossover from my Indian Railways world! Explanation is given above. I live near Nal stop on Karve Road. Surely I will post some of my wildlife photos and reports in the non auto images thread. And definitely bhetu if you are from Pune too!!
