Hello Folks

Hello Folks,

This is Venkat from Trivandrum. I work for a software firm. I am a silent member of TBHP for quite some time now.

I love travelling a lot. My unforgettable travel experience was my first drive to munnar in my brand new Swift DDis last year.

I am a diehard diesel fan and I own an Azure Grey Swift DDis for the past one and a half year, clocked 28k KMs with her now.

Have a good day,
Venkat.

Welcome to TVHP Venkat. You indeed are a super silent member, joining date mar 2007! Now that you have broken your silence, looking forward to more posts about your travel and the DDIS.

Enjoy the stay.

Thanks

Thanks Jaggu, you are right a super silent member.

Your thread was really informative and it played a vital role in selecting which diesel car to buy.

Venkat.

Nown that you have dropped your Maun Vrat welcome back to the family. Do post about your travelogues with your Swift.

Any particular reason for being a die hard diesel guy?

Thanks aargee. For the first one and a half years i was just searching about cars and experience abt its owners ... Vitamin M made my dream car come true in 2009. After that some long drives and regular reading of threads in T-BHP inspired me a lot to break the silence.

Thanks ghodlur...

Yes there are some personal interests to love diesel more,
Some of them are

The turbo wooosh
Hydraulic clutch (Personally i love its feel)
More torque
Diesel engine's rhythm / clatter (Personally i love it too)
More heavier feel

Surely will post the travel experience soon…
