Hi all,

I am a new member who just joined team BHP. The wealth of information available here is truly amazing. I relocated back to Bangalore after almost 10 years being away from here. I am looking to buy a new car, but the choices are so many that it is getting confusing. Back in those days, there was only a choice of Ambassador, Fiat or Maruthi. After going around and looking at various cars, I am thinking of buying a Hyundai Getz. The reviews here by fello BHP members aren't too bad for this car either.

welcome to tbhp.yes i have to agree the amount of information on automobiles on this site is massive and it cover each and every aspect and each and every possible question one could have.

the getz is a good car.why dont you also have a look at the swift which has just entered the market and is doing fabulously well !!

Hey dude, welcome aboard. Getz is a pretty decent car, but do check out the other cars in the class before buyin ur car.

Welcome to Team Bhp.
Well both the cars Swift and the Getz are good buys.I recommed a test drive of both and then may be you can decide for your self which is the one for you .

I also would agree with you about the extent of Inforation / Detailing thats available on this forum. I hope you will also benifit from the same as i have been doing till date .

Nice to have you here Joy Rider, another Bangalorean added to TBHP's List(post your poll on "Which City Do You Represent", you'll find it in the search section)..what do you do in Bangalore BTW..
I would suggest that you have a better look at both Swift and the Getz before you take a final decision.
