Re: BBLost's Chevrolet Sail UVA: 100k. Full Suspension Overhaul.

I had my first long drive after this service.

The car continues its duty as a highway mile cruncher and easily did the Hyderabad - Chennai - Hyderabad run for the nth time.

This time however there was a significant change in the mileage.

I was pleasantly surprised at the 18 kmpl that I got on the onward journey so paid a lot of attention to confirm it during the return.
It got the same, again.

Apart from the service one of the changes was the fear of speeding tickets as they are very strict and anything over 80 feels concerning.
So I stuck under 90 for almost the entire distance and still comfortably managed the drive in 10 hours.

First of all, thank you so much for keeping tracking of everything you are doing with this car. It is really helpful for all the owners of this car.

I'm at 60k km on Chevrolet Sail Hatchback 1.2 Petrol. The garage is recommending change of front disk and pad.

I wanted to check if I can upgrade it as the stock ones are little slow to respond.

Which disk+pads did you go for?

I have always kept everything OEM.

The car is now at over 108k kms and still running fine.

OEM parts not available in local parts show. Where are you sourcing them from, Boodomo?
