| Audi VW as a group and C200/A4?
Hi guys,
I am back after a year and am looking to purchase either a C200 auto or an Audi A4 2.0 diesel.
Initially I was planning to buy the 3 series in 2007 end but did my research and waited and now the choices are better.Was very hard waiting.
1.Now I love the interiors and standard feature of the A4.It is just plain
awesome.I don't like the uninspiring plain look of the car though.Also the
Laura and Superb have interior cues from the A4 and that is a bit of a let
down to me as I dont want my friend saying his skoda has the same or
stuff as my A4.
Another issue with Audi is that it is owned by VW and I am not a fan of
VW/Skoda build quality and reliability.So I am concerned that my A4 might
not be built as well as a 3 or a C.
2. C class looks dashing from the outside but I did not get that high end
luxury feel on the inside.Probably because the Audi guy gave me the key
and put me in charge while the Merc guy was just trying to tell
me things without turning the car on or anything.More than that the Audi
interiors felt a lot more high end and plush.C class is lacking full electric
seats and folding mirrors.The dealer told me that i cant even get these
as options.A lame reason the dealer told me that C class does not have
exterior mirrors as standard is because if a biker hits my mirror then the
motor will blow off and the replacement will cost Rs 60,000.
Now comes the money part. I am getting the faster C class for 30lakhs on road as opposed to the A4 2.0diesel with 143BHP. So it will be great if you guys can help me from here on.I am a little confused and hope you guys will assist me this time again.
