I Am Confused Between the beamer 3 , A4 And the C class..??

Guys, i need a Diesel Car. Pricing is not an issue. But i am confused between the BMW 320d highline, the MERCEDES C220 diesel and the AUDI A4 3.0 or 2.0.
My personal liking is the new audi a4 because of its looks!

Guys please if you can give me some opinions on this. Which one should i buy? THANK YOU !!!
