Another update guys.. Just put the purchase on hold for a month or so. Heard the news about new agreement between EU and India regarding Automotive parts Custom duty.

If the news is true then we might buy something better. fingers crossed..

@Manu The deal is just a proposal and it might take years for the implementation of such a policy . Such proposals are rejected every year ! So now use for waiting for the prices to fall because they wont!

Hmm...imagine an E class for 25 odd lakhs or a S class for 55 lakhs. Yeah right..never gonna happen!

Isn't the E a CKD? Then wont the prices shoot up as per our new budget?

Hi Guys.. Finally booked our car couple of days back.. will be getting the delivery on 8-9 of this month.

Will be ordering the AMG rims ourself as the dealership is quoting obsence amount for it..
