Hi All

Took my car in for service and they found rusting UNDER the engine bay beading... right on top! The same was also found below the rear window rubbers. The places where ity normally happends - the doors etc are good! IS this a weld issue - or something wrong with the paint job?

My car - Accent CRDI is 2.5 yrs old... and I have a 2+2 yr extended warranty on it .

Has anyone else faced this?

Can I hold Hyundai responsible ?

Does warranty apply for paint job, body metal,etc??

Hyundai will blindly say that the car has seen a lot of monsoon and high humidity. :(
