Lotsa folks are touring on Pulsars, Karizmas, Bulls and even Unicorns. Here's a problem for the design/mod experts to solve - add a lightweight yet sturdy frame to the bikes to get similar results as above.

speedbreakers:
* the c1 is ugly, and probably terrible aerodynamically
* you don't want it as 'closed' as a car cause thats why you're biking! retractable 'sunroof' or detachable/foldable pieces would be cool.
* Its obviously a single seater, the pillion needs a roof too
* our "tourers" have smaller engines - so weight will be a huge factor
* keep CG as low as possible despite mod
* knick knacks storage will be kewl to have
* make it a car-like confy seat, with a certain amount of shoulder protection as bonus.

At a first glance I went 'nah - impractical'. But then when I do highway rides, I'd appreciate a little weather-resistance, and don't need to be in a permanent rip mode anyhow.

Outlandish ? Think about it. If its feasible and not too crazy cost wise, I'm game :)
