hi guys ,

can any one pls tell whether the fuel tank capacity be increased,i.e. can a larger capacity fuel tank be fitted in a zen.

Absolutely, though the more modern your car...the less the chances of putting in a bigger tank. I dont know if the Zen has the room for a bigger tank, but I can put varying sizes of fuel tanks in my Jeep. In fact, I can also put in a second fuel tank below the drivers seat - currently a lockable tool box is in place there.

Dont think you would really need one in a Zen, with the kind of fuel average that its capable of.

YUP YOU CAN .... YOU CAN INCREASE THE FUEL TANK CAPACITY BY AROUND 10LITS.. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CUT THE SIDES OF THE TANK & WELD A METAL SHEET OF 2-3 INCHES IN BETWEEN AROUND THE TANK :-)

no way that i am going to cut my fuel tank.
and gto is right ,with the figures that i get it is not necessary,but still........

Is it possible to upgrade from 28 litre fuel tank to higher capacity in a new Maruti 800 2009 model. I find it very difficult to fuel it very frequently on long drives and worried about going longer distance. Suggestion neededplease:
