Reminds me of a Tamil Movie Oram po(move aside). The movie is about auto-rickshaws racing against each other, fast and furious style. Maybe those scenes really exists in India, 2 tyres for better traction?

That must be the spare tire. I don't think its wacky or anything.

Its not whacky but seemed funny to me and I could not find the appropriate thread for it hence posted here.

I wish I could click a side profile, the tyre was too small, seemed suited for an autorickshaw and the wheels were painted green in color, exactly like those seen on the CNG run rickshaws.

Now it makes sense. The Volvo driver took the original tyre of that auto :D

Its nothing unusual about the tyre, its a space saver tyre and its common in European vehicles.
