A spoiled Q7

Is the owner trying to use the bading as a number plate ( seems to me as TN-6Q-007 )?

You dechipered the number correctly. He was trying to use the number as a fashion device, showing off, 007 with audi symbol within.

Update: Tamilnadu Police/Chennai City Police has issued a word of caution in todays newspapers that 31.Aug.2011 will be the last date to change the registration plates according to the rules, vehicles not abiding the rule will be subjected to severe legal actions, which include cancellation of registrations/seizure of vehicle/cancellation of permit(In case of "yellow board" vehicles). The plates can be either painted or stickers can be used, but the dimensions should be according to the Motor vehicles act.

Hope, atleast after 31.08, we get to see less number of such registration plate mods.

This one was seen in the parking of a Metro Station in Delhi.

I somehow liked the oddball Esteem Limo.

yeah, looks nice except for that weird bull-bar in front. a good paint job will make it look stunning!

I second that Good paint job, rich looking alloys, minus that bullish bull bar and we will have a very nice looking budget limo, all ready to ferry newly weds at attractive prices.

Spolier on bajaj auto

There is this merc that is normally found nearby my office. It used to have OEM tyres without alloys.

Found it today with these AMG alloys and 245/35/R20 Yoko's. Overkill ? From what I saw, I doubt if it can even turn without rubbing the corners of the wheel well ! BTW, have seen that it is driven by a driver sometimes and the owners wife at times. These alloys had scratches and the tyres look too worn-out to be even a month old. The vehicle on the whole is poorly maintained with plenty of scratches, dents and the merc emblem missing from the front hood and rear.

Inappropriate alloys for the car? Sure.

Weird and whacky mod job? Nope.

Spotted a Merc Contessa.lol:

A "4X4 Off-road" Swift with a shark fin antenna, carrier, etc.
Yes, damaged, potholed roads may cause mental imbalance as is evident from the pictures and from the fact that the Bengal Govt. has time and money to make speed breakers but seemingly no resources for repairing the badly damaged roads on the same stretch where they have just built-demolished-rebuilt( in 2 weeks) no less than 15-20 speed breakers:Frustrati

A color I never expected to see on this vehicle. The finish of the color was excellent but a PINK JEEP?:Frustrati (sorry for the blurry pictures, captured on my mobile camera when it was pouring)

I just happened to try their site as written on the sticker on the front windshield and here is what I found: Indian Limousine - Showcase

They seem to specialize in stretch Limos and one can see most of their jobs including this esteem in their gallery.

Ya Parag, they have a basic website, although it did not give address to their workshop.

The Innova Limo featured on their website looks nice to me and so does Scorpio Limo.

But on a closer look, it looks to me that the Scorpio on the website is a Photoshop job!!

It would be good to have technically sound institutionalized modifiers like these guys are trying to be. Today, either the modifiers are individuals with excellent knowledge and they run on personal brilliance or the ones like DC are out of reach for most people.

The fiesta is a adventure/TSD class rally car that participated and did well in the desert storm 2010 and scored well. belongs to Manish Narang who scored podium in this year's desert in his gypsy (TEAM XCEL/TEAM LEO). it has major rally modifications the lights you see is a custom designed light pod from the ford WRC cars. It does not belong in this thread.
