Hahahaha that is one truly weird mod job! I see swift headlights in an ambassador. Somehow I also see a bit of scorpio in it. Maybe its just the angle of the picture which makes the car look a bit raised.

That's a Swambassador. It's engine is cooled by a refridgerating unit built within the ceramic bumpers (mind you, no air allowed inside the hood).
