Guys, forgive my ignorance, but what is an Audi Zen? And, what about the twin engined car?

Those alloys look very similar to mine (Neo Star SM), shown here:

Low offset wheels protrude from the wheel arch as in my case, but looks more severe in this Zen. The wheel arches have seemingly been modified to avoid fouling. But I think it will still be close for the front wheels at full turn.

Very interesting. Are those 15" alloys? Ajmat, I'm surprised you didn't get pictures of the front driveshafts, and rear suspension linkages. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to keep prying eyes from the rear seat.

Certainly seems like a mid mounted zen conversion .. Someones trying too hard to block the view into the rear window .. Very very interesting .. As far as i know , this car hasnt been done by either RAC (from rdkarthiks confirmation) or from Scan or psycho .. The possibilities could be Team Powerwheels or FRK or SJS or an out of town job maybe from coimby ??

Ajit did it run any number plate ??

Robeen, the gypsy is rumoured to be running just a single monster engine not twin engine .. And i am not quite sure anyone is still capable of sychroing twin engines yet if its been done by locals ..

By the size of the silencer looks like it has a jet inside. . Remember the VW Beetle with a jet?

Saw it again today.

Here is the front

No rear shafts apparent. You will note that the front track is wider than normal

And the grille in front looks like its been covered up. The numberplat goes up too - strengthens suspicions about the placement of the engine.

It does look a bit odd, but from the rather hazy pictures it looks like a decently done job. Are those scoops on the side over the rear wheel well?

Don't really mind the look. Though that air dam over rear wheel is doing nothing, but lifted rear? Getting ready for drag?

Can be a good looker on road when ready.

I think whoever modified it is going for the "fast and ugly" theme. Would be nice if someone could do a feature on that car if its really mid engined.

This in no way looks like a car with the engine in the front. However with the difference in front track, I suspect this could also be a mid-engined all-wheel drive machine. In anycase this is covered up like that cos the conversion is still seemingly underway. Undergoing testing.

Front track is wider or he has modified the front so that front wheels are visible (look at the pic in the first post)
