Nice, but the brands seem somewhat unknown. Also, I'm not quite getting a premium feel from them. Plus its on Amazon Europe, I'm in India. |
Even I am in India, I forwarded you the link from Amazon India App. Here's a screenshot of the pricing and delivery details in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India for you.
But, I agree with GTO, and would prefer to have a Helmet Mounted Dash Cam or Action Camera, otherwise a Body Mounted one like someone else mentioned, than such an expensive easily accessible expensive item on my bike, for any common man to steal from my bike.

In which case, you will have to be mindful of the local enforcement eccentricities when you ride across states. For example, if I am not mistaken, if you have a helmet cam in Kerala, no questions asked, they will confiscate it and also fine you heavily. Kerala MVD is a legend for such actions.

The OP is from Ajmer, Rajasthan. I do not think that any other State has such a rule, except Kerala. I was just telling in regards to his need and current State of presence.
Even I personally do not like people using Helmet Cams with Chin Straps etc., blocks your nearby view to some extent, especially in Hilly regions like our Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, where the roads are hilly twists and turns. It may be good for down in the plains.
I would rather have something concealed under my bike's Headlamp or behind the Grab Handle at the back, than somewhere easily visible and prone to theft.
The control module can be placed below the seat, hidden from view, it's not your IRVM that you need to see it continuously. In case of any mishap, or accident, the bike can be stopped and the recording saved via the Mobile App!
But, to each his own. :thumbs up

I have been running an INNOV Motorcycle Dash Cam (Front and Rear) on my Z900 ever since 2020 January and a Viofo MT1 Motorcycle Dash Cam on my Versys from within a few days of taking delivery. Pretty happy with both. My first mod, when I get my next bike, will be to fix a VIOFO MT1. |
Possible to share INNOV & VIOFO price details, where did you buy from, any photos of camera and wiring, fitting charger etc etc would be helpful. Thx
Intercom with Action Camera ?
I was watching something on YT and I think I saw a rider had a Sena intercom which had a camera in the front.
I have been thinking of getting an action camera, not for vlogging but to keep the memories of travels. I donot have the patience or skill of editing and then posting on YT / Insta. Hence not looking at a top of the line GoPro or DJI or a 360 camera but something simpler.
In the current scenario, I hate having to stop the bike, take off gloves, take out phone, click picture and then pack everything up. It is because of this long process that most of the time, I don't even take out the phone. Now, I just stop, absorb the scenery and move on.
I also don't like the whole placement of the action cameras on the helmet chin.
Hence, I wanted to check if anyone has used these intercom / camera combos and how they fare.
