And before you start wondering, no, VJ_MAVRICK did not sell his ride to me. I just clicked these photos and am uploading on VJ_MAVRICK's behalf.

Cheers,

Rajan

i was gonna fit the same alloys as above, only paint the insides black (leaving the lip) as this pattern had a bigger lip. but then i thought the 5 spokes would look better when black, so dint buy these..
cool ride maverick. what tyres?

Rajan and Mavrick : Here is an attempt from me.

First of all Thanks to Rajan for pixing my ride as requested and yes i am planning to get the front and rear bumpers with decent lip designs @ the front and preferably the mesh ones. Also the side skirts as well as if needed the spoiler as the existing one looks neat to me but in case if there is a decent WRC spoiler that fits into perfection, I would not mind.

@benny ! Thanks for the attempt and i think the skirt shade is a touch dull comparatively to the whole body. What do you think?

@satya: Thanks mate and i run 165/65 R13 Michelin XM1's shoes on those HR 13" Feet.

Mavrick, that was actually a rather hurried attempt. Also, not so good in getting these all right with PS. :)

No Worries Benny ! I was actually waiting for PS experts like "badboyscad" and others to whom PS is a piece of cake so as to look for something on those lines when i get those done.
cheers:

how do you PS guys manage such things man?

btw, i really liked the bodykit on the silver alto featured on the earlier pages. looks very nice

if i would not have bought a 400rr i would have a baleno engine or a TC'd swift engine under my hood. i guess then my underhood pics would make good justice :)

here it is again with a more clear vw golf gti skirt kit

@vj: i suggest you paint the spokes of your alloy wheels to glossy jet black. it ll make your ride look more mean.

yes yes yes! it will look awesome. this is what i would and i wanted to do after i bought those wheels.

Thanks a ton "bbs" for the effort made in PS'ing my ride. Both the Subaru and the VW gti body kits are nice and now i have an idea of how it looks on my ride. I would like to add a mesh @ the front grille to make it look more neat and regarding the black alloys i never thought it would go well with the ride but your PS made me think otherwise. I always thought contrasting colors(white alloys on a black ride and vicerversa) make the wheels stand out. Thanks a lot once again and i really appreciate the effort and some day when we meet, I promise you some malted barley :D .

Hi all, after all the sophisticated stuff I've seen above this may seem like a childish question. But here's the problem:
I have a new Alto (3 months old, only 1st service done). The car works absolutely fine in the city but on the highway, I can feel the lack of power and top speed. When I go to 90kmph, the car starts vibrating. Also I don't know if its a problem, but the power steering feels loose above 90kmph. As the needle inches past 100kmph, the vibrations get stronger and I lift my foot of the gas pedal fearing that some nuts and bolts may come loose. Once I reduce my speed to about 80kmph, the steering wheel feels right again.
So there are two problems here:
1) Vibrations at and above 90kmph
2) Steering wheel feels loose at those speeds

So
a) how do I get rid of these vibrations at high speeds? How can I mod it so that top speed increases along with power? Can I have a kind of toggle that switches between city and highway? In city, I want fuel efficiency, on highway I want good top speed. Any way to do this?

b) Should I mention the steering wheel problem to my service center guys at next service?

Thanks for your help :)
Regards,
F.
