Looking for seat covers for my wife's Red Spark in Trivandrum. The car is an LS and it has grey interiors. The exterior is very bright red.

Can you suggest a good art leather choice - type and outlet please? We are thinking of red & black combination for the seats. Hopefully, it should brighten up the interiors. Do not plan to tint the windows.

Breathable PU/Art leather is what is in mind. May be with Crushed look. (Leather is out due to humidity, small children spilling liquid, parking in the open and of course costs.)

What do you suggest?

BH.

Guess this is a delayed reply :) and you must have got your seats but anyway here goes...

PU ( artificial leather/imitation leather etc.) or PVC is not breathable at all despite what a manufacturer or dealer in India says. That is dishonest marketing.

Genuine Leather is the best upholstery material for any climate/ weather. It is also much easier to maintain and will last much longer. But of course there are various types of leather which will withstand spills and some which won't. But that's another topic.

But if you lack the budget for leather, Polyurethane Material seat covers are what I recommend since it has slightly better tensile strength than cheaper PVC seat covers.
