How about something thats in-between of the two? Take the first option, move the light down and a little further apart so that they are on the sides of the number plate.

Have them fitted a wee bit lower in the grill itself and i think it would look much better. Maybe having them just above the bumper ( by using the bottom most gap in the grill and having a bend in the clamp) and wider apart could look good . |

Common guys, i just changed back to my jammies :D, So this is what you want huh?

this is a better option compared to the earlier 2 options.
even though there are unlimited options available for lancer front bumper modifications, its always better to keep it simple but elegant IMO.
i also concur your opinion about keraliates driving habits on highwaysagree:. but putting a large fog laps might not solve this. again a bumper like this and clear lens headlights can solve this problem.

you can even go for Bi xenon conversion which are now as cheep as 12- 20K nowadays .

Hmmm , lemme think ... why dont you try tilting it a wee bit to the left. Actually! i just realised , problem is not with the fog lamps but instead its with the car .. change it! :D
I think thats the best location for looks , but you'll have to be extra carefull and avoid nudges at signals and what not . Go for the setup and have a blast on the twists .
