Thanks Akshay for the suggestion. But then do they have ready made / ready to ship headers for Swift? I thought most of the tuners make it if you go to their place with our car only, except Automech. I hope a PM to Viper will help.
@ Nikhil it looks nice. From where did you do all these stuffs?
This is a Swift with the GTi kit+skirts...
nice but imo it screams too much...
Yeah the swift is too loud for me, but loved the way black and white merges.
Would look awesome without the Suzuki Racing and the white strip on the rear glass window.
Did someone notice the way the ORVM has been folded!!! Nice.
hey nikhil..
how have u given the black touch on the front and rear bumpers..
is tht paint or sticker job
Thats just a sticker. It is totally a DIY job. I did it at home.
Planning to get an airfilter for my car. Am confused about it. Should I go for the CAI? or universal type? Looking for performance. With the cost factor on mind. Also need suggestions as to which place(in bangalore) is preferred for buying and installing the filter. please:help.
What kind of an air filter is this? Haven't seen any of the forum members with this kind of an air filter on their swift's. Is this kind of filter suggested for the swift?
That assembly comes as a kit from K&N. Don't remember what its called. Pipe is bought off the shelf along with the filter.
This is a k&n conical filter, though i dont think it is of the right size. And this is the most common way of placing the filter, inside a swift's engine bay.
You could also get custom piping done for the filter, and place the conical filter, right behind the bumper, such that the filter sucks in cold air. But it i not advisable for rainy conditions.

This is an aftermarket K&N, but can't say it as a CAI (Cold Air Intake) as the filter doesn't have that kit but left open. You can go for either Green Wind or K&N appollo.
Here is a pic of my Green Wind, which will give you an idea of how it looks and installed. This is a good filter and am happy with it.
