Even I was wondering the same thing on why doc is missing in this thread, since I remember him saying, "Life is too short and 350 is way ahead" when he had his 200. Looks like he is really alive and living way ahead of all of us here and the pics are what he is tied up with. Doc, a pic of LHS profile as well please, just to see the front discs :)
Is this the/one of the test mule which some journos/riders were using for beta testing ?
I do know that it was carrying 200 decals.
Mouthwatering price , finally some affordable power to the masses .
With the ABS and metzeler's guys are gonna have some fun for sure .
There will be quite a few 200's hitting the used market very soon .

Will do. Tomorrow. This is all I have for now. Not much of a photographer. Prefer riding instead, and when I am riding, stopping is a pain. :)

Haha. So you wrung out the test bike eh? So what's your feedback on the bike? you buying it or no? Or gonna wait for the mythical adventure version?
Saw their streaming presentation, all dumb questions nothing practical, almost like they were asking them for the heck of it! The whole reporters lot, should have been replaced with this current thread members, we would have got a lot of smart answers from Mr. Bajaj and he would have found some meaning in attending the show and may be even get a pulse of what bikers really want and what he must do next.

The BTM KTM (Is that why they located themselves there? :-)) told me that the 390 will be coming with the hand guards as standard fitment. Do you know anything of that? Have not heard/ seen it any where else.
Personally, I dont care but just want to know.
Any news on what accessories will come with it?
Any reccos on where to buy a good helmet for the Duke? (For the TBTS I had shortlisted the Bell Rogue. Might still work for the Duke)

Handguards will be standard. As will the Metzelers.

I'm a helmet dinosaur compared to you guys man. My helmets are always white and plain and simple. They have to be light, well ventilated, fit nicely, and the visor should be good - those are the only things I look at. Using an AGV currently.

ebonho, we are eagerly eagerly waiting for the report. I must have read virtually everything on the net in anticipation of the bike :)
When do you think the first lots are shipping out? I thought the wait for the launch was bad. But now with a booking, all I can do all day is think of taking delivery, the wait is an absolute killer!

Thanks to a friend, got these pics from a recent Ghat ride.
Note the ABS signal in the cockpit (top right light) which is not there in the D200!
That's one hell of an average speed for a ghat ride Nitin! :thumbs up
