Sad to hear about the damage.
It can be restored and it is definitely worth. Depending on the severity of damage cost may range from 30k to 50k.

After (successfully) restoring 3 RX, it's time to secure the spares for future.

5s gearbox which I got recently for my RXG (before the bike was sold)

Purchased the below parts last night
- Bearing kit
- Packing & Oil seal kit
- Carb repair kit

PS:
- Planned to convert my other RX135 4s to 5s, the bike was sold after the decision
- Purchased a 5s gearbox to convert my RXG 4s to 5s, bike was sold
- Now converting this bike from 4s to 5s, I pray God this bike should remain with me. There are many sentimental attachments associated with this bike, primary being this was gifted by my better-half a month after our wedding.

Thanks for the compliments.

Proper conversion (4 speed to 5 speed) includes Head, bore, carburetor, sprockets, cat-con silencer along with the gearbox. What I had done is only the gearbox swap with change in tire size to match (close enough) the original 4s final drive ratio. Quite simple job if 5s gearbox is readily available.

I am planning to buy a RX100 for around 20k and then replace everything( condition- clean papers and running condition).

Is it reasonable to expect that I can get it done within another 40k? ( want all original/ OE, no disk brakes, only good tyres and 12V electricals which are not OE)
Learnings from threads: Acquire all OE parts first and only then start work. Hire a mechanic for full days and complete at one go. Is it correct?

I am technically weak.
I have not been able to understand cylinder, block piston, oversize etc.
Will I get a brand new engine for the bike ( in terms of cylinder etc.- basically as it came from factory).
Usage: 8-10 kms ride every week, max speed would be not more than 50kmph

Highly possible, but you should have patience to find one. Today a running condition RX100 is quoted more than 25k here in TN (even without valid documents) but I'm pretty sure you could find one in 20k bracket.

40k is more than sufficient if the bike is mechanically good (or above average) but since you are asking for a brand new cylinder block, keep aside another 10k for the same. New block is available, but beware many replica blocks were being sold in OE packing (which lack the performance / refinement)
