Xenon Bulb for Pulsar

Hi Guys,
I have a Pulsar 180 DTSi, I’m planning to change the headlight from Halogen to Xenon bulb. I heard that it needs a separate cable to be drawn from the battery . is it true?

I want to go for Phillips Xenon bulb. Does anyone have any idea where I can get this and the mechanic where I can get this fixed in Bangalore.
