Bajaj Pulsar RS200 'Demon Black' colour launched

Bajaj has launched the Pulsar RS200 in a new 'Demon Black' colour. The Pulsar RS200 was launched in March 2015 and prices currently stand at Rs. 1.18 lakh for the non-ABS variant and Rs. 1.30 lakh for the single channel ABS variant (both prices ex-showroom Delhi). The RS200 was only available in red and yellow until now. Waiting periods for the black colour are likely to be higher than that of the yellow and red variants, with some dealers stating that deliveries could take between 30-45 days.

The RS200 is powered by a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve, triple spark, fuel injected motor. Output figures come in at 24.2 BHP @ 9,750 rpm and 18.6 Nm of torque @ 8,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.

While looks are purely subjectively, i think this looks much better than the Red and Yellow. Probably because some of the black stickering merges with the overall 'blackness' and hence this feels less 'busy' in design compared to the other two.

Does anybody have any idea on the launch of the bigger brother, the SS400?
