What is this vehicle? EDIT: It's an electric unicycle

Seem to be some form of a single wheel electric gyro mover. Got it as a forward & thought of asking here.

So, what is this?

PS: mods, edit the title when we have a name for this appliance/vehicle

^^ Its called a segway and is a mode of a personal transport used in many European countries.

In many countries, Segway tours too are available that take tourists around the city so as to cover many more places that via conventional walking.

re: What is this vehicle? EDIT: It's an electric unicycle

Well, i m aware of segway (since it was introduced). I wanted to know the commerical brand/model of this since I am seeing it for the first time on the streets of Bangalore.

I am told this is an Airwheel model. Can anyone confirm?

This is so super kewl stuff! How much is the range for one of these? Can it do inclines?

I think the rider should wear a helmet though, especially on our public roads.

Edit: Found the details, this is so kewl!

I received the same video as a whatsapp forward today. I think Segway has an handle and this is without it.
But we need all Bengaluru roads to be white topped so that we can have no issue using this.

Thanks null and Jaggu ! climbing champion, 22 degree incline, 130 kg load, 50 to 150 mins charge time with a range of 20 to 45 kms. Sounds like Rajinikanth!

I do see these quite often in Italy. It's quite a sight to look at a guy on a wheel that looks like it's from star wars, next to an old Catholic Church.

Seems like a new age skateboard.

I don't think it is the Dolphin FWheel. Might be some Indian startup testing a clone.
