I am not sure what to believe, but I really hope the price reduction is true
The price reduction is indeed true. I myself have browsed through the entire parts catalogue three weeks back and checked the prices, much to my surprise. I had shared it with our Bangalore TBHP group but after this advert, it became news all over the place.

Not sure which group is that in your screenshot - but this was published directly by Anzen Kawasaki. Just verified that it is still displayed on their Instagram.

Does anyone know the price of rear seat cowl for Ninja 300? It shows up as part 99994-035451 on Kawasaki India website. https://www.kawasaki-india.com/acces...-seat-cover-5/

Wonder whether it is available OEM in India, and whether price is now rational.

These accessories were earlier imported and the prices were high. Not sure if its localized now since I didnt get any news of accessories. You can also try getting one from Aliexpress since it is full of them.

I would prefer to buy OEM, as the green color is difficult to match and it may end up looking cheap. Seeing how the prices are reduced, I hope the accessories too will have normal prices.

Unless they have manufactured green coloured accessories, you would not find them at the localised prices. Same case with the fairing as well. The current color scheme is available locally and cheap. If you want the older color scheme, you still have to pay the older prices.
