Bharti-Axa offers 2 wheeler insurance via WhatsApp
To tap the mobile instant messaging popularity like Whatsapp, Bharati Axa General Insurance has started offering 2 wheeler insurance via Whatsapp in tie up with Wishfin's Insurance arm Wishpolicy. Wishfin is a fast growing web aggregator with its Insurance arm offering term, health and 2 wheeler insurance policies.
The insurer claimed that it is the first company in the domestic non-life insurance industry to provide the option of buying a two-wheeler insurance on WhatsApp.

Bharati Axa was already using the Whatsapp media to deliver the policy & renewal premium notices to subscribed customers since the start of the year 2019.
