If you can guide me to the correct person for the same would be great.

Both are available but aftermarket. Most shops in Bangalore sell these. Those are available online as well

Re: Kashmir ki Kali - My Yamaha RXZ restoration

Its been a while since I have posted anything on the RXZ. Mostly due to parts availability.

I have most of the stuff but certain clamps are mystical and its delaying the overall process.

There aren't many powder coating places in Trivandrum however I hit a bottle neck when i gave it to my usual guy, he just simply denied to take the work without me stripping the paint first. As per him the chassis is painted(which i highly doubt) which he cannot powder coat on. People are just lazy.

I am planning to get a paint stripper and get going. I was also thinking of using an angle grinder with a wire brush, but the insane amount of torque the angle grinder generates just simple cramps by back.

I have handed over the body parts for paint today and I am expecting it by end of the week, I will install the sticker myself on it and get it clear coated.

Tomorrow hopefully a new video with updates, plus joker is releasing tomorrow,

Re: Kashmir ki Kali - My Yamaha RXZ restoration

The Panels are in from Paint. A quick video of me applying the sticker on the rxz panels.

I have procured RXZ 5 speed hub and other stuff. I am planning to use Gladiator setup for the forks and brake as the remaining frontend items are about 10k+

The chassis and other bits and bobs have come from powder coating and the quality is great.

I was planning to assemble it this weekend but looks like it might be done next weekend.

Hi Pramod,
Looks like you have made a lot of progress, how is the engine ticking over? Did you overhaul the engine or just did a decarbonisation of the head+bore?

The engine was completely overhauled. The internals in this engine is from you rx 135 5 speed that I restored a couple of years ago and didn't ride for more than 100 meters

The size of the cylinder is at second over size. I am planning to fit everything this weekend, Hopefully.

That's not good ! But one thing is this is not inside the engine. You could continue the work on the bike, and re-paint it later. Hang in there, and continue the work that you have been doing.

Btw, is it that the seller sent you this quality - or did you pick up this set without knowing the quality ?

A bit of both, this is my first RXZ, I had no idea about the 2 different qualities of sticker work. The seller didn't mention. I don't think he will help me in any way, these sellers are have lost their human aspect, they don't want relations, all they want is profit.
