Bajaj and VW can probably write a book on the topic "How to milk customers for decades using the same design" !!

With so many versions of Pulsars, Bajaj should start selling all parts of bike online only.

With this, customer will be able to get parts and engine cc of his choice delivered at home itself. Assemble it on the chassis and you are good to go.

Bajaj killed Discover, now it is on its way to kill Pulsars. Pulsar where known to be powerful vehicle for someone who don't wish to jump into a 100 cc commuter. With downsizing of engine, Bajaj is diluting the brand name.
Why would someone buy a 125 cc Pulsar when there is already an established model like Honda Shine?

I feel the pulsar brand already lost its charm and there are better offerings everywhere. Adding more versions of existing product every few months, makes their models less unique and spares won't be available for all versions of all variants. This is exactly why my friend had to sell his 10yr old Pulsar 200, as we could not get the right speedo sensor for front wheel. Honda has positioned its products in a simple easy to understand and less time consuming to choose format.
